Dr. Fred Arino, DMD, MS
Dr. Fred Arino was born and raised in the Philippines and then moved to the United States to pursue his higher education. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California in Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics. He then moved to Philadelphia, PA to attend Temple University’s School of Dentistry, where he received his degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Upon earning his doctorate, he remained at Temple University where he completed his residency training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. This specialty training allowed him to treat cases of various complexities using traditional metal braces, porcelain/ceramic braces, Invisalign, and lingual braces. He also treated severe jaw irregularities in conjunction with oral surgeons to treat functional and esthetic malformations.
Dr. Arino believes that orthodontic treatment is about making a difference in his patients’ lives. His goal is for his patients to make lifelong memories of their orthodontic journeys through positive experiences at every visit. He hopes to empower every patient with new confidence and a beautiful smile!
Dr. Arino is excited to explore North Carolina and the surrounding areas after living on the West Coast and in the Northeast. Outside of orthodontics, he enjoys trying out new restaurants, going on road trips, playing sports, and being outdoors!
